Yes, here we have the Suzuki S-Cross Hybrid two wheel drive up against the Suzuki S-Cross Hybrid four wheel drive. The one in red is the 2wd version. The blue one is the 4wd version. Yes, after a few hours in them I finally remembered which was which!
It was surprising how much the extra weight, and two extra drive wheels, effected the handling of the S-Cross Hybrid. The 2wd S-Cross handled extremely well. However, the 4wd was quite a bit more planted when pushed on bumpy corners. This made it feel more comfortable and stable.
The Suzuki S-Cross Hybrid 2wd is priced at a very reasonable $42,990 (+ORC), considering all the bells and whistles it comes with. The 4wd comes in at $45,990 (+ORC), worth the few extra dollars for the handling improvements the 4wd system offers.
