Peugeot’s latest offering for the commercial sector shouldn’t disappoint those needing to save on their businesses bottom line when it comes to running costs for their tradies transport or delivery vehicle. Whilst the range, 339 kilometres (claimed), isn’t suitable for the likes of couriers that will travel many more kilometres than the e-Expert can manage, it will still be perfect for tradies, builders in particular that can charge it while at the construction site, or businesses that will only do a few deliveries or pickups a day. This will certainly make the company accountant smile when they crunch the numbers on the running costs!

After a long break NZ On Cars is back with our latest review.

Introducing the 2022 Peugeot Partner. This award winning van is now available in New Zealand in short (as tested) and long wheel base options both powered by a grunty little 1.2 litre 3 cylinder turbo engine mated to an 8 speed automatic transmission with manual change ability.

This is a great little economical van perfect for inner city deliveries.

The Peugeot Partner pricing:

Standard – $45,990

Long Wheel Base – $48,990

Peugeot 4008 005

For a car that is essentially a Mitsubishi, it is amazing how different it really is. The Peugeot 4008 shares almost everything with its Japanese sister with the outer shell being the main obvious difference. And a fantastic difference it is, I for one am totally sold on the 4008’s looks whereas the ASX looks chunky and lumpy the 4008 has a more of Remuera tractor look that should, and in most cases no doubt, never ever go off road any further than a pothole on Ponsonby road.  This is unfortunate with these nice looking 18 inch alloy wheels, as fitted to the Feline model we tested, never being lucky enough to see a muddy farm track for the 4008 is actually a fantastic machine to bump over grassy knolls or splash through fresh cow pats.
