Welcome to the Peugeot e-Partner. Peugeot’s electric version of the great Partner we tested last year. We loved the petrol variant but is the électrique version any better? Read on and check out our video review below!

A massive improvement on over the petrol version in that the annoying jerkiness a low speeds in heavy traffic has disappeared with better driveability that the seamless power delivery, and lack of a need of a gearbox the petrol variant has.

Whilst on the face of it the e-Partners claimed range of 245 kilometres (I say claimed because during our test we managed over 280 kilometres, mind you, this was unloaded) might not seem like much when you break it down, this should be more than enough for daily deliveries for inner city areas. Doing morning deliveries up to your lunch break should be well under that range. Before you sit down to your flat white and smashed avocado and cream cheese brioche sandwich, just plug it into your fast charger, which will take it from 0% to 80% in around 30 minutes. Chances are it wouldn’t be at 0% so this could take it to 100% charge easily. More than enough to complete the afternoons delivery requirements.

The Peugeot e-Partner is available in basic trim spec for $74,990 with a current clean car rebate of $7,015 bringing it down to $67,975. A great investment in long term running costs compared to its petrol equivalent.
